By accessing or using Fix42 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Service"), available at fix42.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Service.

Fix42 provides free online tools for productivity and data processing, including but not limited to:

  • File converters (CSV, PDF, image formats)
  • Data processing tools (JSON formatter, text utilities)

  • Developer utilities (hash generators, encoders)
  • Bioinformatics tools
  • Educational resources

Important: All file processing is performed locally in your browser. We do not upload, store, or have access to the files you process using our tools.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. By using Fix42, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian to ensure they understand and agree to them.

You retain all rights to the files and content you process using our tools. Since processing occurs locally in your browser, you are solely responsible for your files and their contents.

If you submit feedback, comments, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and publish such content for the purpose of improving our Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, design, and source code are owned by Fix42 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks, service marks, and logos may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
